Universal Pictures has released the trailer for the upcoming sequel, The Purge: Anarchy. If you haven't already check it out HERE:

The Purge: Anarchy steps away from the "safety" of a home and takes to the streets. The story follows A couple who are quickly trying to get to their home before The Purge starts but their car runs out of gas, the radio announces the beginning of The Purge, the couple have no choice but to leave their car, a couple of meters away stand a group of Purgers on motorcycles. The couple try to survive and fight the purgers.

Returning alongside writer/director/producer James DeMonaco to produce the sequel to 2013’s hit are Blumhouse Productions’ Jason Blum, alongside Sébastien K. Lemercier and Platinum Dunes partners Michael Bay, Brad Fuller  and Andrew Form. Within this teaser the work of this SUPER group is apparent.

To me this looks like a cross between the 2003 game Manhunt and what the first Purge should have been. I'm pretty excited!
